Drawing from nearly three decades of experience, Pranay’s leadership at Gensol Group not only quadrupled revenue in just three years but also extended solar services and steered the Group into the EV sector. He leads Gensol EV’s incubation. With a strategic foresight, he currently navigates complexities, leveraging past successes to pioneer new frontiers, solidifying Gensol’s position as a frontrunner in renewable energy, eMobility and innovative new technologies.
He oversees operations, research & development, and multi-product expansion at Gensol EV. Recognised as “India’s 40 under 40,” by EMobility Plus, he drives transformative change, ensuring Gensol leads the EV revolution with sustainable solutions.
Anmol Singh Jaggi is a visionary serial entrepreneur with a track record of successful startups in the Sustainable Energy sector.
Under his leadership, Gensol group has been transforming the clean energy landscape for over 15 years. Gensol Engineering Ltd. is listed on main board NSE and BSE and has a market capitalisation of INR 3200 Crore.
Anmol, a visionary risk-taker, anticipated market needs and ventured into electric mobility in 2019 and co-founded BluSmart, India’s premier EV ride-hailing service and EV charging infrastructure network.
His ventures reflect a forward-thinking approach, contributing to the renewable energy sector and revolutionising the mobility industry. Anmol’s strategic vision and adaptability showcases his role as a dynamic leader shaping the future of sustainable businesses with innovation.
He graduated as a Petroleum Engineer from the University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun, India where he developed a deep understanding of dire environmental consequences of fossil fuels and committed himself to building a clean energy & eMobility ecosystem, and beyond.
Pratik Gupta is a leader with an impressive 19-year career spanning across automotive, solar energy, embedded systems, and industrial automation sectors. He spearheads Gensol EV, a new-age OEM in electric mobility space , pioneering initiatives like Reverse-Trike EVs for Urban Mobility and Last-Mile Delivery solutions. His expertise extends to Vehicle Control Unit Development and 4W EV Development, showcasing a commitment to technological advancement and sustainable transportation solutions.
Pratik began his professional journey as a Systems Engineer at Techno-Sciences in Washington DC and quickly rose to the role of Principal Systems Engineer where he led groundbreaking technology programs for NASA, the U.S. Army, Navy, and Homeland Security. In 2012, he co-founded E14 Technologies which focused on R&D in solar power plants, automation, and automotive technologies.
Equipped with a masters from the University of Maryland and graduation from the University of Mumbai, Pratik holds three patents in data analytics and Automotive IoT. He also serves as a Research Committee Advisor for some of Mumbai’s prestigious educational institutions including K.J Somaiya Institute for Information and Technology and V.E.S Polytechnic in Mumbai. With his unbeatable business acumen, subject matter expertise and entrepreneurial spirit, Pratik is laser-focused on bringing the global spotlight on India’s booming electric mobility industry.
Pranay is a transformative force who dons multiple hats at the Gensol Group. He presently spearheads electric vehicle incubation for Gensol EV. Beyond core areas of expertise, Pranay has played a pivotal role in the Group’s diversification through mergers and acquisitions, including acquiring Strom Motors Inc.
He has over 25 years of experience in the field and has previously worked for Suzlon Group where he helped the company unlock growth opportunities in the solar energy sector. Pranay’s leadership, strategic thinking, and vision have helped to position Gensol Group as a leader in renewable energy and sustainable technologies.
Rahul, a seasoned entrepreneur with two decades of automotive experience, brings his strong leadership skills and expertise to Gensol EV. Currently, he spearheads the development of the company’s multi-product EV portfolio, ensuring it remains at the forefront of the EV revolution.
Rahul leads the team with his proven track record of end-to-end execution in operations, product, service, international markets, technology, and supply chain. His outstanding prowess has massively contributed to the development of a state-of-the-art, Industry 5.0-ready greenfield manufacturing facility in Pune.
He has played a key role in establishing multiple EV businesses across India, ASEAN, and African markets. His expertise lies in setting up greenfield manufacturing facilities, developing new EV products, and scaling domestic products for international success. Rahul’s immense dedication to reinventing electric mobility has also earned him national recognition as “India’s 40 under 40” by EMobility Plus in the Indian electric mobility space.
Equipped with a Six Sigma certification, Rahul has a BTech degree from Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering and the Delhi Institute of Tool Engineering (manufacturing).
